Franklin-Somerset Federal Credit Union invites you to check out the wide array of products available to our members. Franklin-Somerset Federal Credit Union’s humble beginnings began as Bass Shoe Federal Credit Union with 8 members – each with a share of $5.00, in August 1962.
We have grown our present-day field of membership to include all of Franklin and Somerset Counties, and our current branch locations in Farmington, Kingfield, Skowhegan, Madison, and Stratton. We now have over 10,400 members in our credit union family, in 2022, we are celebrating our 60th anniversary!
TO BECOME A MEMBER:
If you live or work in Franklin or Somerset counties, you and your household members are probably eligible to join our credit union. Generally, all you need to do is open an account with us for a minimum of $25 to become a member!
